Fire Alarms and Systems

Fire detection and life safety systems

We are specialists in the installation for all types of fire alarm systems. We provide a “one stop shop service” for all your fire and security requirements reducing time and costs involved with using different companies for various systems and applications.

Conventional Fire Alarms

From small shops, offices, units, to medium sized buildings conventional fire alarm systems are a cost effective way to ensure you have a means of detecting & warning of fire. A typical fire alarm system has numerous initiating devices divided among separate zones. Numerous detectors can be installed on each zone, when a detector is triggered the fire alarm control panel will indicate which zone has been triggered, giving you or the fire brigade an indication of the area of activation.

Twin Wire Fire Alarms

Twin wire systems are similiar to conventional alarms in that they have detection zones. The main benefit of these types of alarms are that you can fit a sounder in each detector. That has an advantage of cost savings because there is no need to wire additional sounder circuits.

Addressable Fire Alarms

Addressable panels are usually much more advanced than their conventional counterparts, with a higher degree of programming flexibility and single point detection. Each detector is numbered for example, smoke detector 1-stair well zone 1.In a fire this would enable staff or the fire brigade to quickly locate where the fire is.
